Encoded Energy

E N C O D E D 

E N E R G Y  

I heard Julianne Hough say that phrase and it moved me. 

Julianne is an incredible dancer, actress, singer and overall wonderful human being. She was a guest on Jay Shetty’s podcast which I definitely recommend. 

She said that energy is infectious when it is pure and intentional and she called it encoded energy. 

Energy, in this case, is the driving force behind our actions. 

The word encoded caught my attention. 

So I did some research and I want to share it with you. 

For example, a teacher could create a new fun game to help the kids encode new information into their memories. 

The next two phases in the memory process are storage and retrieval. 

It’s like when you randomly hear a song from your childhood and you surprise yourself by singing every single word. 

Those lyrics have been encoded into our memories. 

THE SAME THING HAPPENS WITH OUR ENERGY. 

Our experiences create our encoded energy and THAT’S the energy that we are truly giving.  

Our encoded energy is the hidden energy behind everything that we do. 

We could be smiling in front of a room while giving a speech and our voice could be filled with loud confidence. 

Hiding behind that performance, there could be an energy of fear or anger for example. 

PEOPLE WILL FEEL THAT AND THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONNECT. 

CAN YOU TELL THAT I’M EXITED ABOUT THIS? HAHAHA - Okay I’ll calm down. 

All of this information led me to ask myself 3 questions that I will be answering in my journal later. 

I want to share the questions with you. 

• The energy behind my hellos. 
• The energy behind my projects. 
• The energy behind everything that I do.

• What is my intention behind what I am doing? 
• Am I working hard in order to be approved by people? 
• Am I working hard because I love what I am doing? 
• Am I working hard because I want to be of service to others? 

• Is there an experience that has tainted my energy? 
• Is there a negative belief that I am holding on to about myself? 
• Is my inner child controlling the energy that I am giving out? 

One of the reasons why we are on this earth is to connect with one another in love and it is impossible to do that if our energy is not pure. 

We can pretend all day long but authentic experiences are only birthed in honest environments. 

I want to align my encoded energy with love instead of fear!  

Let’s make our way back to our original way of being which is love. 

We can start by making sure that our encoded energy is pure. 

• The best way forward is backwards. We can only more forward by taking an honest look at our past. 
• You were created by love to love. Reconnect to yourself by uncovering the things that stopped your natural flow of love.
• We are all figuring it out as we go. Be patient with those around you.  
• Be patient with yourself. You are not a robot. 
• Take a moment to close your eyes and breathe deep. 
• You are alive! That is a big deal. Take a moment to be grateful for the gift of life. 
• Let’s deal with one day at a time my friends. One day at a time.
